Box Tops, Box Tops, Box Tops!

Here I sit, surrounded by little children playing on the floor, and piles upon piles of little box-top coupons. Those things on the top of cereal boxes, tissues, feminine pads. And soup labels. Why am I doing this?

Because I wanted to be more involved in... something. So in September I checked the little box on a slip of paper that said, "Yes, I want to volunteer!" And now my PTO existence is Box-Top lady. Even my oldest calls me that.

I've been really lax in counting the labels et al from the latest contest. It ended before Christmas break. I haven't really been able to focus on them enough, and it's time to buckle down. (Anyone want to offer help?)

All the other PTO moms are asking me when the next contest is. And I am thinking... are they nuts? Am I? Whatever did I get myself into?

And then I know. I walk into my daughter's school...and I know.

The Beginning

I'm a PTO Mom, with 3 girls. Three beautiful, loud, wonderful and painful little girls. And a less than perfect husband. But they have a less than perfect me.

This blog will highlight those experiences of growing up with them. What I do right, what I've done wrong, and learning what being me is all about.
